Peel Regional Police in Canada announced an interim decision on Thursday (14 November) clearing police officer Harinder Sohi, who was seen holding a Khalistani flag during a chaotic attack at the Hindu Sabha Temple in Brampton on 3 November.

The Canada Police said the officer was not at fault, saying he “acted within the lawful execution of his duties".

According to the videos of the incident on social media, an officer allegedly engaged physically with a protestor at the Brampton Hindu Temple.
